MARKETING AND SALES · FOR OWNER-LED BUSINESSES THAT RUN ON LEADS
KEEP YOUR SALES PIPELINE FULL
Hand it off. Done
We run your content, your ads, and the leads engine behind them. New enquiries every week, landing with whoever sells for you: a team, or just you. You approve what goes out, and see what every dollar brought back.
See how it works ↓
Does your week look like this?

Your reps are working the same list for the third time this month.

You ran ads last quarter. You still can't say which sale they made.

A lead came in Tuesday. Your team got it Friday, as a forwarded email.

Marketing says the leads are fine. Sales says they're junk. Both are certain.
Whichever one you recognised, it has the same cause.
Nobody owns
the whole chain.
An empty pipeline is the most expensive thing you own. Your team is paid whether the phone rings or not. The only variable is how many qualified conversations reach them this month.

What would Monday look like without the chase?

Ten minutes
on a Monday.
That's your involvement.
The month's content is made, waiting for your yes. The ads run on a budget you agreed. Every enquiry lands with your team, clock running. The numbers show what a closed sale cost.
You approve. You don't produce, schedule, chase, or reconcile. And when the idea strikes at 11pm, you voice-note it into the portal and it lands in the next plan.
Your ad works. The enquiry lands. Then what?
Then it becomes a
phone call
not a notification.
That last step is the one most agencies don't own. We do, and the other two parts exist to feed it. One engine, three moving parts.
01
Content
We plan the month, write it, and produce it: editing, design, captions and scheduling. Send raw footage through the portal uploader and our team cuts it into something worth watching. Full shoots run through the portal too, from brief to delivered files: the photographer, ours or yours, uploads straight into the studio and the shoot feeds your next month's content.
02
Ads
We build the targeting, produce the creative, and run the spend against a budget you approved. Angles get tested against each other, and cost per lead picks the winner, not opinion. Your numbers are published weekly in the portal, with dated check-ins on what we're changing next, and every change is marked on your results chart so you can see what moved them.
03
Leads
Every enquiry lands in our CRM, where your sales team works it: claimed by a named rep, with the campaign and the time it arrived attached. You see how fast it was called and whether it closed. No migration, no setup, no software to buy.
Live data across all three. A closed sale traces back to the ad that produced it, and the argument about lead quality ends because the timestamps settle it.
CASE STUDY
GreenTech Energy · solar installer, Cayman Islands
Your market will buy this eventually. Will they buy it from you?
Cayman is going solar by 2045. We made GreenTech the name people ask for.

The demand was never the question. The government had already committed the country to full solar. The question was who homeowners would trust to do it, in a market where every installer says the same three things.
So we built authority instead of discounts. James Whittaker, who runs GreenTech, knew more about solar in this market than anyone selling it, and almost nobody outside his office knew that. We put his expertise where buyers were already looking, month after month, answering the three things that actually stall a sale: what it costs, whether it pays back as energy prices climb, and the paperwork. Green Talk, his own show, became the proof.
The ads carried the best of it. We ran the savings angle against the energy-independence angle and let cost per lead pick the winner. Every enquiry landed with his team, with its source attached.
By the time someone was ready to buy, GreenTech wasn't one of three quotes on the table. It was the name they already trusted, and the others were being compared to it.

People used to call asking what solar costs. Now they call asking when we can start.
JAMES WHITTAKER · CEO, GREENTECH ENERGY
Sound like your market?
Whose genius idea was this?

Mark and John.
It came from listening, not inventing. The owners we met had been through two freelancers and an agency, were bouncing between platforms to keep it all straight, and had taken strategy from three different consultants who each said something different. They were deciding on opinion instead of data, and still couldn't say what their marketing had returned.
So we built the studio we'd have wanted. One team that writes the strategy, makes the content, runs it, measures it, and tells you what the numbers mean. Strategy, creative, ads and leads sit in the same room and move on the same pulse, so nothing waits for a handover. And a portal that shows you everything, including the months that didn't go to plan.
PROACTIVE, NOT REACTIVE.
Mark, strategy and ads.
John, creative and production.
John, creative and production.
Who owns all of this?
Your ad account. Your data. Both remain
yours.
Nothing spends until you approve it.

The ad account
Yours.
We run it for you, under your business, and it stays with you whether or not you stay with us.
The data
Yours.
Every lead we generate and every result we record sits in our portal, and you can see all of it at any time.
The portal
Included.
It's the platform we run your account in and your reps work from.
Most agencies report once a month. Your numbers are published weekly, we check in through every campaign, and we adjust while there’s still time for it to count.
What we need from you is small and known: one proper start session, your best rep for an hour, and ten minutes a week of approvals. Got footage of your own? Drop it in the portal uploader and our creative team will cut it into your story. Leave the rest to us.
And if it doesn’t work?
If this doesn’t work, you’ll know fast. And you’ll keep everything.
The numbers are live from week one. Cost per lead, response time and closed sales. You watch them move, or not, in the portal. If it isn’t working, you don’t have to argue with us about it; the dashboard does that for you. And you leave with your ad account, your data, and everything we learned on the way.
This risk is measured weekly.
If you do nothing, that has a price too.
Your reps keep working the same list. The ads you can’t attribute keep running. The Tuesday lead still reaches your team on Friday. Nobody invoices you for any of it, which is why it feels free. It isn’t. It’s the only cost on this page that never shows up in a report.
This one compounds quietly.
We're selective about who we take on, and honest about why.
Both plans run the same engine and the same portal. What changes is where it ends: Demand fills the room, Pipeline hands every enquiry to your sales team and proves what it closed. What we size to your goals is the volume, the cadence, the ad budget, the markets you want to move.
It works best for a business that runs on enquiries and a considered purchase. It isn't for one-off shoots, or for running it yourself with help.
KYD $
2,800
a month and up, plus your ad budget and 20% of that spend to manage it. Nothing runs until you approve it.
CUSTOMERS BUY WITHOUT CALLING?
Then you want Demand, not Pipeline.
If your customers buy without anyone calling them back, retail, e-commerce, bookings, we run the content and the ads on a plan built for that. From KYD $1,800 a month.
Start with a
pipeline review.
Not a contract.
Thirty minutes with one of the founders. We look at what you run now, where your leads go, and what we'd change first. You keep that plan whether you hire us or not. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Tell us the number you want to move. That's where we start.
READY?
Hand it off.
Start with a conversation. Tell us about your business, where you are, and where you want to be.
